Key Account Manager – Promote Golf

Promote Golf

Oxford, OX44

Variable Hours

Very Competitive package

Thanks to the continued rapid expansion of one of the fastest growing marketing and consultancy companies in the golf industry, Promote Golf are now seeking a Key Account Manager to join the team.

In addition to liaising with the company’s key accounts, the role demands a can-do attitude from a highly conscientious and driven individual with a knowledge of the golf industry and modern marketing media.

Our clients spread far and wide across the United Kingdom and comprise of both traditional ‘private-member’ golf clubs through to commercial golf venues encompassing health & fitness facilities and Adventure Golf courses. As such, this isn’t a position for the golfing traditionalist as a modern, fresh and inventive approach is an absolute must.

As this is a unique position, we don’t envisage previous experience in a similar role. It may be that you’ve previously managed innovative golf businesses or that you come from a sales and/or marketing background in the broader leisure industry. Either way, you’ll show bucket loads of inspiration and creativity to throw the old rule-book away and write a new one.

Preferably, but not essential, the successful candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Advanced organisational skills and efficient management of administrative and sales activities.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Experience of successful Pay-Per-Click campaigns.
  • Knowledge of mainstream email marketing platforms.
  • A passion for Digital Marketing and Social Media

This is a unique position that commands a very attractive package for the right individual, along with company car or car allowance.

Application Process:

To apply candidates should send a letter highlighting your motivation for the role and relevant experience, an up-to-date CV, details of your current remuneration and ability to relocate if necessary.

Closing Date: 31st March 2019
