MEMBERSHIP SALES MANAGER
37 or more hours per week
Responsible for planning, organising and driving membership sales your outstanding skills will ensure that you know how to motivate and get the best from the team. You will lead your team by setting a standard of what is required in the areas of: calling prospective members, touring and confidently closing as well as supporting and developing your team members through training and daily coaching.
A strong emphasis on referrals and external lead generation will be expected. You must have a proven track record in exceeding sales targets and a pro-active approach to your role.
