As Food & Beverage Manager at Witney Lakes, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant, functions, Halfway Hut, and Pulse Café, ensuring that each area delivers a consistently high-quality service. You will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef, Events team, and other departments to coordinate operations and optimize the guest experience. This role requires you to be highly visible and customer-facing, providing enthusiastic leadership to the service team, and fostering a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for both guests and members.
