The Clubhouse Manager will play a central role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Golf Club’s clubhouse, with primary responsibility for the Food and Beverage department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will manage a diverse team that includes the Head Chef, Bar Supervisors, and service staff, ensuring excellence in both food preparation and service delivery. The role requires strong leadership to set and maintain high standards across all aspects of hospitality, with a focus on training, mentoring, and inspiring the team to provide a consistent and exceptional member and guest experience.

GENERAL MANAGER
Halifax Bradley Hall Golf Club, West Yorkshire


The General Manager will provide hands-on leadership of the service team with full profit and loss responsibility, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. This pivotal role requires delivering a first-class hospitality experience across all areas of the Club, being highly visible and customer facing, and ensuring members and guests feel welcome at all times. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in golf, an understanding of the dynamics of a subscription-based business model, and a commitment to fostering community-led club activities and member experience.
