Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will hold full P&L responsibility for the Centre and lead the ongoing development of a multi-disciplinary team spanning golf operations, food and beverage, and greenkeeping. You will take ownership of driving commercial performance, including leading the sales of golf memberships and group golf days, while ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all areas of the facility.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to support the General Manager and wider operating team in the smooth delivery of day-to-day club operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining and administering membership records, coordinating the club’s events calendar, and assisting with a range of administrative tasks that keep the club running efficiently.
