Weybrook Park Golf Club is recruiting for an experienced Clubhouse Manager to lead our Food and Beverage Team and manage all aspects of clubhouse operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, ongoing maintenance, and overall guest experience within the clubhouse.

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring PGA-accredited Director of Golf to lead, elevate, and shape the future of our golf operation at Woodcote Park. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering a high-quality, financially successful golf experience aligned with the Club’s exceptional standards.

As Deputy Clubhouse Manager, you will play a key direct role in supporting the Clubhouse Manager with the day-to-day running of all food and beverage operations, ensuring services and events are delivered smoothly and to the highest standards. You will lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional service and genuine hospitality, consistently maintaining high service levels and ensuring every interaction with members, guests, and visitors reflects the welcoming ethos of the Club.
