The Golf Commercial Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth, with particular focus on the Academy, Driving Range, Simulator Studios, Custom Fitting, Retail, Corporate Golf, Societies, Functions and Events. This is a proactive, sales-led role responsible for generating new business, developing new income streams, converting opportunities and building long-term relationships with customers and commercial partners.

The position is responsible to the General Manager for the administration of the Golf Professional Team for golf tuition services and organizations of Golf Tournaments, in an efficient and cost-effective manner, for the purpose of promoting the game of golf to the people of Hong Kong; and with possibility of doing research, development, planning and implementation of Adaptive Golf, Elite Training (including grass-root level and PGA Training), as future developments of the Golf Course.

The Food & Beverage Manager is a key leadership role within Thurlestone Golf Club, responsible for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience for members, guests, and visitors. As the face of hospitality at the Club, the role requires a highly visible and hands-on approach.
