The House Manager / Management Couple will play a central role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Golf Club’s clubhouse, with primary responsibility for the Food & Beverage department. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will manage a diverse team that includes the Head Chef/Catering franchise, Bar Supervisors and service staff, ensuring excellence in both food preparation and service delivery.

SENIOR ASSISTANT GREENKEEPER
Northwood Golf Club, Middlesex
In line with our forward-thinking strategies, the Club is seeking to appoint a Senior Greenkeeper with the potential to progress to the Deputy Course Manager position by the end of 2026. In this role, you will play a key part in nurturing and developing the greenkeeping team, contributing to maintenance planning, promoting environmental stewardship, and driving the continuous improvement of course conditioning.

DEPUTY CLUBHOUSE MANAGER

As Deputy Clubhouse Manager, you will play a key direct role in supporting the Clubhouse Manager with the day-to-day running of all food and beverage operations, ensuring services and events are delivered smoothly and to the highest standards. You will lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional service and genuine hospitality, consistently maintaining high service levels and ensuring every interaction with members, guests, and visitors reflects the welcoming ethos of the Club.
