We are seeking candidates with previous management experience in hotels and/or golf, with previous full P&L responsibility and accountability across multiple revenue lines.

About You

– A minimum of three years of experience managing a multi-million-pound leisure facility, golf resort, or hotel.

– You possess polished leadership and coaching skills.

– Confident in driving sales and increasing membership subscriptions.

– A hands-on management style.

– You live or are willing to relocate to the Midlands

Responsibilities

As the Deputy General Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities include,

– Managing the day-to-day operations of the facility.

– Collaborating closely with departmental managers

– Ensuring the delivery of overall financial objectives.

– You will uphold brand standards

– Support the delivery of capital projects

– Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols.

– Foster productive and harmonious relations with all colleagues.

– Deliver high service standards in line with our member’s expectations and be a positive ambassador and role model for our company colleagues.
