At the heart of Hoebridge is our state-of-the-art Driving Range, featuring groundbreaking video and gaming technology, live Sky Sports piped directly to the bays, and bayside food and beverage service, making it a vibrant hub for play, practice, and socialising. We are now recruiting a Hospitality Manager to lead our Driving Range and service team, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are delivered consistently. Position Overview:
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused leader to take our thriving Driving Range to the next level by enhancing our food and drink upselling and package offerings. Personality is key in this role, as you will proactively lead a team of around seven hospitality staff, supported by two supervisors, ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Additionally, you will oversee three members of the driving range team responsible for ball picking and range maintenance.
– Leading and motivating a team of front-of-house and service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
– Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the driving range and associated hospitality areas.
– Creating a fun, friendly, and professional environment for both guests and team members.
– Managing bookings, events, and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
– Working closely with the General Manager to drive performance and implement innovation across the venue.
– Responsible for achieving and exceeding driving range and associated food and beverage revenues.
– Maintaining high presentation and cleanliness standards across all guest-facing areas.
– Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives to increase footfall and customer engagement.
About You:
– Three year’s experience in hospitality, retail, or leisure management
– A proactive, hands-on approach, you lead by example
– Willing to work weekends and evenings
– Independently mobile, living within a 45-minute commute of the venue
