Package & Benefits:
– Salary £37,000 pa.
– Contracted hours 37.5 per week.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, organised and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Executive to lead and deliver engaging, high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms. Reporting into the central marketing function, this role will take ownership of paid social strategy and execution, while supporting broader marketing initiatives across digital and print. The successful candidate will be confident managing campaigns end to end, from concept and content creation through to optimisation and reporting, you will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Working closely with General Managers and Sales Managers across our clubs, you will play a key role in driving awareness, engagement and revenue through compelling visuals, persuasive copy, and data-led decision-making. Highly meticulous and commercially minded, you will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and delivering measurable results.
– Plan, create and execute paid social media campaigns with strong visuals, compelling copy, and clear calls to action.
– Manage and optimise campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, including audience targeting, budget management, reporting, and performance analysis.
– Create and adapt high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns and print materials.
– Design artwork for both digital and print use, including posters, banners, on-site signage, and promotional materials.
– Monitor social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
About You:
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in paid social media.
– Live within a 30-minute commute of Burhill Golf Club.
– Strong understanding of social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
– The ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
